Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery, including a change of mind, by emailing support@meadowtrailhome.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Return conditions

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused apart from reasonable inspection, undamaged, and include all components and accessories. Include original packaging where available. Original packaging is not required to report defective, damaged, or incorrect goods. These conditions do not limit statutory rights.

Return shipping and address

We pay return shipping for accepted returns and provide a prepaid label. Contact us before returning so we can provide instructions. Returns go to MEADOWTRAIL SUPPLY LLC, 1100 S 3rd St, Louisville, KY 40203, United States. Please arrange any in-person visit in advance.

No restocking, handling, or return processing fees are charged. For another return method, agree the arrangements and reimbursement with us first.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly about damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete goods. Include photographs where reasonably possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund without charging return or replacement delivery costs. Your 30-day request window and statutory rights are not reduced by a short reporting deadline.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery, subject to availability. We cover return shipping and replacement delivery. We will obtain your agreement to any price difference. If an exchange is unavailable, you may choose an eligible refund.

Refunds

After receiving and promptly inspecting the return, we initiate an eligible refund within 3 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional posting time. We do not substitute store credit unless you agree. An accepted full return includes the amount paid for the returned merchandise and applicable sales tax. Standard outbound shipping is free, so there is no outbound standard shipping charge to deduct.

Cancellations and delivery problems

You may request cancellation before shipment. For a completed pre-shipment cancellation, we initiate a full refund within 3 business days. After shipment, the normal return procedure applies.

If we cannot ship on time, we will provide revised information and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. For lost or undelivered orders, contact us: we will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Information and sources

Depending on your interaction, we process names, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, orders, payment confirmations, returns, messages, account information where accounts are used, and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, cookies, and website interactions. Information comes from you, your use of the store, and providers supporting payments, security, fulfillment, and delivery. Payment credentials are handled through the checkout payment services. Do not email card numbers or passwords.

Purposes and recipients

We use information to process orders, deliver goods, provide service, arrange returns and refunds, prevent fraud, maintain business records, comply with law, and understand website performance. Marketing, where offered, is conducted as permitted by law, with unsubscribe instructions. Order communications are separate from promotional messages.

Information is disclosed as needed to ecommerce, payment, delivery, hosting, security, and service providers. Disclosures may also be made where legally required, to protect lawful rights, or in a business transfer subject to legal safeguards.

Shopify

Shopify processes information to operate the storefront and related platform services. Depending on enabled features, Shopify may also process information for its own purposes. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal.

Cookies and privacy choices

Cookies support functions such as carts, checkout, security, and preferences. Optional analytics or advertising technologies may operate where those features are enabled. Use available cookie or privacy controls, or your browser settings, to manage options. Blocking necessary cookies can affect store functions. Contact us for information about the tools operating on the store.

Where optional services involve disclosures treated as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable state law, you may exercise applicable opt-out rights through available controls or by emailing us. Recognized opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, are handled where legally required. A legacy Do Not Track setting should not be relied on as a substitute for a privacy request.

Retention, security, and locations

Information is retained as reasonably necessary for transactions, support, accounting, legal requirements, fraud prevention, and disputes. Reasonable security measures are used, but no system is guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States and other operating countries, with applicable legal safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, limits on sensitive information use, authorized agents, and appeals. Email us to submit a request. Reasonable identity or authority verification may be needed depending on the request. We respond within legally required periods, retain legally required information, and do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising rights.

Children and changes

The store is intended for an adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us if you believe a child provided information. This policy may be revised to reflect practices or law; material changes will be communicated as required.

Using the store

These terms govern meadowtrailhome.com and purchases from MEADOWTRAIL SUPPLY LLC. You must have legal capacity to purchase or appropriate guardian authorization. Use the website lawfully, provide accurate order details, protect account credentials, and do not interfere with the website or submit fraudulent orders.

Products and prices

We aim to describe products and included components accurately. Dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Natural materials and screen settings may affect appearance, but do not excuse material differences from the description. Styling accessories are not included unless the listing says so. Follow product instructions and keep small parts away from young children.

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment methods are those actually shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax and the final total are disclosed before payment. Standard eligible shipping is free with no minimum purchase. No undisclosed handling fee is added.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. If availability, payment, a material listing error, or suspected fraud prevents fulfillment, we will contact you. We will not increase an agreed price without consent. Canceled unfulfilled items are refunded. Listing changes do not automatically alter an accepted order.

Shipping and aftercare

We ship from the United States to the contiguous 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and military addresses. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, followed by 3–5 business days in transit. Cutoff is 4:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time, observing daylight saving time. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Cancellation may be requested before shipment. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. We cover accepted return and exchange shipping and charge no restocking or return processing fee. Eligible refunds are initiated within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the return, with provider posting time additional. See the detailed Shipping and Return and Refund Policies.

Content and providers

Protected branding and content belong to their respective owners or licensors. Unauthorized commercial copying is prohibited except as permitted by law. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices, without removing our responsibilities as seller.

Legal protections

Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Kentucky law governs, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdictional rights applicable to you. Contact us to try to resolve a concern; this does not prevent legal remedies. Revisions apply prospectively and do not retrospectively reduce rights for an existing order without lawful basis.

Shipping Policy

Destinations and origin

Orders ship from the United States to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO, FPO, DPO, other military addresses, or addresses outside the United States. If an order cannot be fulfilled to an excluded address, we will notify you and refund payment collected.

Charges

Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Applicable sales tax and the final total are displayed before payment. We do not add undisclosed shipping or handling fees.

Processing and transit

Orders normally require 1–3 business days of processing. Cutoff is 4:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time, observing daylight saving time. Orders after cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays begin processing the next business day. Cutoff does not guarantee same-day shipment.

Transit normally takes 3–5 business days after shipment, giving a normal combined estimate of approximately 4–8 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding U.S. public holidays. Carrier or weather issues may affect arrival estimates.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to your order email after shipment. The carrier is identified in the shipment information. Tracking events may take time to appear. Split standard shipments do not create an additional shipping charge.

Changes and delays

Contact us before shipment to request address changes or cancellation. Once shipped, changes may no longer be possible. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you with revised information and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. We do not require store credit instead.

Delivery problems

Contact us about stopped tracking, missing delivery, damage, or a parcel returned to sender. We investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund. We do not impose an undisclosed redelivery fee.

For returns, contact us for the prepaid label and instructions described in the Return and Refund Policy.
