By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies applicable to that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Eligibility and Website Use

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or place an order with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or introduce harmful software.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity.

Product Information

We aim to describe products, dimensions, included components, prices, and availability accurately.

Product dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Screen settings and natural material variations can affect the appearance of colors and wood grain. These variations do not excuse supplying an item that is materially different from its description.

Photographs and styling accessories do not add items to a product’s included contents. Refer to the product description for what is included.

Follow any product instructions and safety information supplied with the item. Products containing small parts must be kept away from young children.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless the store expressly indicates otherwise.

Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. We do not guarantee the availability of a payment method that is not shown for your transaction.

Applicable sales tax, if any, and the final order total are displayed before you confirm payment. Standard shipping is free for eligible delivery addresses, with no minimum purchase.

We do not add undisclosed handling charges after checkout.

Orders and Availability

Please check your contact details, shipping address, selected products, and order total before submitting your order.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If there is an availability problem, payment issue, material listing error, suspected fraud, or another reason we cannot fulfill the order, we will contact you.

We will not increase an agreed order price without your consent. If we cancel an order we cannot fulfill, any payment collected for the canceled items will be refunded.

Changes to product listings or prices apply prospectively and do not automatically change an order already accepted.

Shipping

We ship from the United States to the contiguous 48 states. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military addresses.

Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days. Transit after shipment normally takes 3–5 business days.

The order cutoff is 4:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time, observing daylight saving time. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

You may request cancellation before shipment.

Our Return and Refund Policy provides a 30-day return request window after delivery, including eligible change-of-mind returns. We cover accepted return shipping and exchange reshipment costs and do not charge restocking or return processing fees.

Eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 3 business days after receipt and inspection of the return. Payment-provider posting times are additional.

The Return and Refund Policy governs the detailed return procedure. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Website text, branding, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders.

You may use the website for personal shopping and lawful reference. You may not copy or exploit protected content commercially without the relevant permission or a lawful exception.

Names and marks belonging to third parties remain their property.

Using a third-party provider does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by unlawful misuse of the website or by your breach of these terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights that apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms for future website use and future purchases. Revisions do not retrospectively reduce your rights concerning an existing order without a lawful basis.
