30-day returns

Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery, including a change of mind, by emailing support@meadowtrailhome.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Return conditions

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused apart from reasonable inspection, undamaged, and include all components and accessories. Include original packaging where available. Original packaging is not required to report defective, damaged, or incorrect goods. These conditions do not limit statutory rights.

Return shipping and address

Shipping Policy

Destinations and origin

Orders ship from the United States to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO, FPO, DPO, other military addresses, or addresses outside the United States. If an order cannot be fulfilled to an excluded address, we will notify you and refund payment collected.

Charges

Processing and transit

Transit normally takes 3–5 business days after shipment, giving a normal combined estimate of approximately 4–8 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding U.S. public holidays. Carrier or weather issues may affect arrival estimates.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to your order email after shipment. The carrier is identified in the shipment information. Tracking events may take time to appear. Split standard shipments do not create an additional shipping charge.

Changes and delays
